Our accommodation was set in a central location really close to the waterpark, putt putt, tennis court, pools, bar and restaurant, local shops and the supermarkets. We were given an executive king studio with balconies upon arrival.

I liked the fact that check out is at 11. My sons were able to have a game of tennis before departure. Also, the hotel caters well for overnight. No need for outrageous prices.

The tropical landscaping and of course the beautiful lily pond. The Christmas lunch was absolutely beautiful and we had the best waitress "Sonya".....she was great ! Looked after us so well. The room service was fast as we had a problem turning on air-conditioner-there was someone there in record time ! Loved the downstairs room as it had the flora to look at. Thank you .
Our Shower !!!!!!! Take a look at it ! It sucks !

It has magnificent location and genuinely helpful staff at reception desk. The place is close to Caloundra downtown. The hotel has nicely furnished and brand-new rooms complete with a good view of the lily pond and a balcony, as for instance.

Words can't describe how disappointed in this place. It was dirty, not value for money and should not be rated 4 stars. I would rather stay in a dodgy dirty backpackers in Bangkok before staying here again. It would probably be cleaner and more value for money than this place.

Had everything we needed for one night and was comfortable.
Only one complaint that I forgot to tell - bulb in downstairs toilet had gone but didn't matter as was only there for one night. Also no tea- towel or anything to wash the dishes with.

Good shower, friendly and efficient reception staff. Private and secure parking. Good shower.
On entering the apartment, we were immediately faced with a fridge freezer covered with rust, while on the floor of the laundry / downstairs loo there were 2 dead cockroaches. Having brought our cases in (upstairs) we then took better stock of the rest of the apartment, which was generally tired and in poor condition : The curtains, and sofa covers looked dirty (may just have been old and faded). The TV was a small (portable) only suitable for a bedroom. The TV cabinet was looked very battered and cheap. Upstairs was adequate. In hindsight after the initial fridge/cockroach sighting, we should have looked more closely at the rest of the apartment before unloading and unpacking. Then we would have gone to reception and asked to be moved to another apartment.

Central location, Ease of check-in, plenty of parking. Wish we had of had more time to enjoy the pool & restaurant.
Room was very light at night & a little noisy (not traffic noise) a humming or water flowing/flushing noise that run constantly throughout the night.
